Time available: 8:00 am - 12:00 am 

Guests: Up to 75 Guests

$100 non-refundable deposit to hold date

Hourly Rate : $100 per hour includes set up/break down

Min 2 Hour rental

4 Hours: $350 

If the event exceeds the time paid, the time/cost will be deducted from the deposit. If damages incurred during the event, it will be deducted from deposit.

If renter includes alcohol at the event, a special event insurance policy will need to be purchased that covers the time of the event.

Table and chairs available upon request. Linens are not provided but can be rented for $10 per table.
